However, we reserve the right to forfeit the refund for the products that are damaged or received in condition other than the original.

  • Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Pack the item(s) you’re returning in their original condition including attached tags, etc.
  • Write the RMA number on the package.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Daytime and evening phone numbers
    • E-mail address
  • Let us know whether you would like an exchange, or a refund.
  • For your protection insure the package and obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier.
