The Recreational Chest Guards is a slightly lighter and softer version of the regular Chest Guard (Premium or Quick Fasten) that is an excellent choice for recreational students. However, hard hitting and competitive sparring taekwondo students are advised to opt to Premium or Quick Fasten chest guards.
