Fitting Instructions
- Place the mouthguards in boiling water for 12-15 seconds (11 seconds if you wear braces)
- Carefully place mouthguards around all upper teeth. Bite down firmly. Use fingers to press mouth guard tight against your gums.
- Rinse under cold water for seconds to set
- If you do not get a proper fit the first time, repeat procedure
- To remove excess material that casues discomfort, you can trim your mouthguards with a small scissors
