Fitting Instructions

• Place the mouthguards in boiling water for 12-15 seconds (11 seconds if you wear braces)
• Carefully place mouthguards around all upper teeth. Bite down firmly. Use fingers to press mouth guard tight against your gums.
• Rinse under cold water for seconds to set
• If you do not get a proper fit the first time, repeat procedure
• To remove excess material that casues discomfort, you can trim your mouthguards with a small scissors
