Outstanding and Unparalleled Customer Service! Dan testing is Sunday. Purolator skipped the belt delivery on Thursday and could not guarantee for Friday. Even though Emin had a social engagement Saturday night that promised to run into the wee hours of the morning, he was prepared to drive to Kingston Sunday morning to make sure we had belts for our promotion test. (Thankfully, Purolator finally delivered and the Sunday morning run was not required ... but that Emin had planned to do it was unexpected and very much appreciated.) You just don't find this level of service and commitment to clients anywhere ... except at AKROSS. Thanks Emin!

I was looking for summer T-shirts and found that AKROSS provided not only the best pricing, but the quality and service that all business owners look for. They stand firmly behind their promise to deliver on time. We found that they are very knowledgeable about the products and take time to explain everything if you are unsure of anything i.e. screen vs. thermal print and the pro's & cons of each etc. The finished product was amazing - so clean, so crisp and the students loved them. So much so that now parents are asking to purchase these for themselves. Will have to look no further when I have to re order anything.

I first placed an order with Akross Canada for some sparring pads for my husband. The glove and foot pad combo is a phenomenal deal! Unfortunately the foot pads didn't fit. Being a combo, the foot pads couldn't be exchanged. Akross went above and beyond with their service, helping me find a better fit. When the website was giving me issues, I was conversing via email, over the weekend with Akross and they did everything they absolutely could to ensure that I was able to place an order and be satisfied with that order process.
